Hydraulics

Repair of hydraulic components including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, coolers and accumulators. Preventive maintenance of all hydraulic components. Replacement and/or supply of spare parts for hydraulic components. Engineering, design and supply of hydraulic systems (power packs etc). Support in installation of new hydraulic components. Modification of existing hydraulic equipment/systems. Oil contamination control.

Facilities

Computerised state of the art test bench, capable of thoroughly testing, motors, pumps and cylinders. Both open loop pumps/motors and closed loop pumps/motors can be tested up to 600 LPM and 380 bar. The on-board 30 channel data acquisition unit has a scan rate of 1000 readings per second-a very powerful diagnostic tool.

All tests carried out according to OEM specifications.

Hydraulic hoses and fittings

Our hose assembly production facility is fully equipped to handle both large bulk orders as well as “one off” requirements, using the latest in hose production machinery including a microprocessor controlled crimping facility, cut off machine and internal/external skiving equipment, capable of producing up to 2”– 6" wire hydraulic hoses. All hoses produced are tested using our in house testing equipment up to 42,500 PSI, and a certificate produced along with a graphical recording.

We hold large stocks of hydraulic hose and fittings manufactured by our partners Eaton-Aeroquip. Hose surveys, both on and offshore, hose management and tagging are performed by our fully trained technicians.

Wellhead Control Panels and Hydraulic Systems

We have in-house capabilities to assist customers with the complete refurbishment of WHCP/hydraulic systems. Our trained team of technicians are conversant with components from various manufacturers commonly used on this type of equipment e.g. Bifold/Marshalsea, Dr. Breit, Versa, Ruelco, Sigma, etc. After repair, all components are tested & certified to OEM specifications. Besides WHCPs, we can also support with repair and testing of Hydraulic Power Units, Installation/Work over Control Systems, Accumulator Packages, etc.
