The meeting will take place on 9th – 11th May 2017, at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia, with some events taking place in north Nicosia and delegates from countries around the world will be in attendance.

GRS will support the Annual Meeting by managing the recruitment, selection, employment and payroll of students and professional staff for a job work period in Cyprus of approximately 4-7 days. Leading the GRS EBRD team will be Lorraine Brown, GRS Business Support Manager; Annita Paliou, GRS Project Manager and Nicoletta Demetriou, Director of Payroll at GRS’ Group Company, Fairfax Yeaman.

GRS will be hiring for approximately 120 job positions in Cyprus including many administrative, logistics and meeting room attendant positions. These positions will be mainly aimed at students studying at the universities and colleges of the Republic of Cyprus, while a number of positions will also be filled by professional experienced personnel.

This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience and for experienced professional staff to further their experience in an international environment. All positions are salaried and will be paid a daily rate for all days worked during the EBRD’s Annual Meeting.

GRS will be holding on-site interview days at universities and colleges in the Republic of Cyprus as well as at their Nicosia office. Fluent English and EU Citizenship are essential while additional languages are advantageous.

Suitable candidates will be selected based on clear communication skills, good presentation skills, positive language and a willingness to learn. Successful candidates must also be customer focused with a positive, team-player attitude as well as the ability to solve problems and work well under pressure. An emphasis on flexibility and commitment is essential, along with no restrictions on availability during the project.

The move to the bigger space marks a need to accommodate the company’s continued business growth, with GRS situated on the ground floor and Fairfax Yeaman on the first floor.

The offices are conveniently located with a modern, customer-friendly office environment and more efficient use of space which enables the team to enhance their capabilities. GRS Recruitment Continues to Attract Candidates to Fill Available Positions for H&M Cyprus

Leading Cyprus recruitment consultancy, GRS Recruitment was earlier this year appointed as the official recruitment partner in Cyprus for Swedish multinational retail-clothing company, H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB. Now in the second phase of hiring, the GRS team is inviting applications to meet H&M’s plan to hire 70-75 sales advisors on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Since the partnership was formed GRS has worked closely with H&M Cyprus, making significant progress to attract and select applicable candidates for the new store, opening in September 2016 in Nicosia.

Key hires have been appointed and are already undergoing their training at H&M stores in Athens in preparation for the flagship store opening later in the year.  Further applications are still being sought by the GRS recruiting team for Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cashier, and Sales Advisors.

Leading the team is GRS’s Senior operations manager Lorraine Piggott Brown and HR recruitment resourcer recruitment consultant Annita Paliou. All members continue to play a vital role in the H&M Cyprus recruitment process.

With the first phase of recruitment complete, H&M Cyprus has further plans to hire 70-75 sales advisors on both a full-time and part-time basis. The GRS team is inviting applications for the role of sales advisor and any interested applicants should apply to the GRS Team.
