Petrotec is a franchised panel manufacturing partner for design, assembly, testing and commissioning of Eaton Type-tested Switchboards, MCCs, Distribution Boards and control panels.
The Eaton-xEnergy switchboard system is design-verified. It ensures ultimate protection for people and systems and trouble-free operations.
Our Quality
We strive to ensure the highest standard of operations in all our key processes. Our switchboards are Type tested from KEMA in compliance with the IEC 614391 standard.
Our quality assurance and facilities are certified by LRQA for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Our facility is audited and approved by KEMA for European certification system to certify that our panels are complying with the European manufacturing standards.

Our Facility
Our manufacturing facility is located in Salwa industrial area, street 39, Gate No.67 and was initially established in 2006 In collaboration with EATON. The current Air Conditioned facility was inaugurated in 2013.
Our facility is backed with 10 Electrical Engineers and employs more than 40 Technicians who are all trained by EATON.

A complete range of MCCB panel-boards providing all the options you need from a straightforward panel-board to a comprehensive panel-board system. The range now offers a variety of incoming devices and a greater choice of outgoing ways to provide more flexibility and choice to the user.

Services
We undertake retrofit, modifications, preventive and annual maintenance contract for low-voltage switchboards of any manufacturer.
We Conduct the following Tests on existing LV Switchgear Installed on sites:
- ACB/MCCB Primary current injection test to check the healthiness of the circuit breakers
- CT/PT’s Ratio, Polarity & accuracy test
- Ammeter & Multifunction meter accuracy test
- Contact resistance at Busbar joints & breaker contacts
- Insulation resistance of the panel
- Check the tightness of the each joint with recommended torque
- Hi Pot test (If required)
- ATS & Control logic functional tests
- VFD / So starter functional tests
- GE protection relay testing
