FREECAP®

FREECAP® system enables precise zonal isolation for challenging well conditions. FREECAP® is a line of engineered packers that swell on contact with wellbore fluids. Swell packers are highly reliable and require no inflation or manipulation to seal, eliminating risks associated with mechanical tools. Different elastomers are available that will expand in water-based fluids or oil-based fluids.

Hydraulic Port Collar (HPC)

Hydraulic Port Collar (HPC) was developed to reduce rig time for two stage or off bottom cementing. HPC is designed to hydraulically shear out the seat and wiper plug once the stage cementing is complete. The seat and wiper plug are made of composite material and designed to shear out after closing the sleeve and pushed to bottom to be drilled up.
