Hot sump pump overhaul with recommendations and upgrade options

Petrotec successfully wrapped up an impressive overhaul of a hot sump pump from an aluminum smelter plant. The pump had undergone our detailed DCI (Dismantle, Cleaning and Inspection) process. Based on the initial inspection report, the parts were then replaced, cleaned, and prepared for shipment to the customer. The overhaul included ceramic coating of all wetted parts for extended life and corrosion protection. Upon completion of the project, our engineering team also provided a detailed report with recommendations and upgrade options.
