Core Scope of Services
- Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of Shell & Tube, Plate, Air-Cooled, and Custom Engineered Heat Exchangers.
- Bundle extraction using hydraulic pullers and lifting systems.
- High-pressure hydro jetting and chemical cleaning of bundles and condensers.
- Hydrostatic pressure testing of bundles and shell sides.
- Re-gasketing, servicing, and leak testing of Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE).
- Flange re-machining and sealing surface restoration as required.
- Fabrication or replacement of shells, bundles, and associated assemblies.
- Refurbishment of fuel gas, glycol, lube oil, LP/IP/HP coolers, conducted either on-site or at the Petrotec workshop.

- Hydraulic bundle pullers & extraction tools.
- Flange facing and cutting tools.
