Management of Change & Obsolesce
- We manage obsolescence through studies with OEMs and clients/end users, including technical assessments via meetings and discussions to conclude new solutions within the existing system footprint
- Engage in conceptual / preliminary design and study discussions with end users /customers
- Preparation and submission of budgetary proposals, including project scope and turnkey proposals with cashflow analysis.
- Conduct brownfield/field verification based on the concept/proposal.
- Manage single-source tenders and conduct site surveys, bid clarifications, and post-bid clarifications.
- Submission of technical and commercial bids for the lump sum scope, including the OEM scope.
- Contract award, execution, and handover.
