Delivering on Every Challenge: A Trilogy of EPC Wins

Our collaboration with this esteemed client began in 2018 with a series of three major EPC contracts. Each project presented unique challenges, but our dedicated team consistently delivered exceptional results, adhering to rigorous quality standards and tight deadlines.

Revamping Obsolete UPS Systems (2018-2021)

We successfully upgraded six aging UPS systems, overcoming plant-related obstacles and ensuring seamless integration within the allocated timeframe.

Replacement of Capacitor Banks with Gutor AC UPS Systems (2019-2023)

This project involved replacing 192 capacitor banks across multiple assets. Our team navigated varying timelines and critical system isolation requirements, completing the work within the end-user’s shutdown window and earning their overall certification.

From Clink I to Clink II: Motor Protection Upgrade (2019-2024)

We meticulously upgraded the Clink I to Clink II motor control and protection system within a tight shutdown window. Our expertise enabled the upgrade of 365 Clink I cards in just seven days and 780 cards in six days.

Continuing the Success: A Fourth Major EPC Project

Building on the momentum, we secured a fourth major EPC contract in 2023. This project involved upgrading critical components like air circuit breakers, PLCs, and motor protection systems within 86 Low Voltage switchboards. Leveraging a skilled team of 250 engineers and technicians, we completed significant portions across two assets during the April/May 2024 turnaround shutdown. Notably, we:

• Arranged temporary power supplies for critical operations, ensuring uninterrupted functioning.
• Achieved a remarkable 98% quality score for overall performance.
• Earned nearly 100 appreciation certificates for meeting deadlines and adhering to QHSE standards.
