Successfully Overhauled 51-Inch Blowdown Pump at Qatar Power Plant

We successfully completed the overhaul of a Blowdown pump (51-inch suction, 10-meter-long) at one of the Power Plants in Qatar. 

Our meticulous overhaul covered a comprehensive dismantling and inspection process, along with chemical cleaning and fabrication of new shafts & wear rings. The balancing of the rotor was done according to ISO 21940 Grade 2.5 standards.
