Tri Lobe Blower Restoration with ISO 21940 Standards

We recently completed a comprehensive overhaul of a Tri lobe blower at a waste treatment plant.

The unit was sent to us at Petrotec because of troublesome seal leaks and excessive vibration. As part of the overhaul, we meticulously conducted a thorough dimensional inspection. To ensure smooth operation, we balanced the lobes to ISO 21940 Grade 2.5 standards. and replaced the hydrodynamic seals and bearings.
